These terms explain how Composition memberships work, including payments, treatment benefits, scheduling, cancellations, and renewals. Please review them before enrolling.

1. Memberships Benefits

Composition offers 2 memberships designed to make regular personal care easier to maintain. 

Facial Membership | $119/month

Includes:

• 1 qualifying facial per monthly billing cycle 

• Choice of Composition Facial, Enhanced Facial, Dermaplaning Facial, Microdermabrasion Facial, or Chemical Peel*

• $10 monthly skincare credit toward eligible products

• Preferred member pricing on additional qualifying treatments

• Personalized treatment and skincare recommendations

Chemical peels require proper skin preparation and are performed at your esthetician’s discretion. If a peel isn’t suitable, another eligible facial may be selected.

Lash + Brow Membership | $109/month

Includes:

• 6 treatments over 6 months, choosing between Korean Lash Lifts and Brow Laminations 

• Freedom to choose either Korean LAsh Lift and Brow Lamination treatment at each visit, subject to treatment suitability and appropriate intervals 

• 1 complimentary brow, lip, or chin wax with each membership treatment

• Preferred member pricing on additional qualifying treatments 

• Personalized service recommendations

Brow Lamination already includes brow shaping. Members receiving this treatment may choose a complimentary lip or chin wax instead.

All services are subject to professional assessment and treatment suitability.

2. Membership Term + Billing

Memberships are offered in 6-month terms with monthly billing.

The 1st payment is collected at enrollment, followed by up to 5 additional monthly payments while the membership remains active.

• Facial Membership: $119/month

• Lash + Brow Membership: $109/month

Each successful payment provides the applicable monthly membership benefits.

Memberships do not renew automatically. Members must approve enrollment in a new 6-month term.

By enrolling, members authorize Composition to charge their selected payment method according to the disclosed billing schedule.

Members may cancel early without a cancellation fee or obligation to make future payments.

3. Treatment Credits + Redemption

Facial Membership

1 qualifying facial becomes available after each successful monthly payment.

The facial must be used or gifted during the billing cycle in which it is issued. Unused facials do not roll over.

Members may gift their monthly facial to another person before the billing cycle ends. Gift recipients must complete any required intake and consent forms and meet treatment eligibility requirements.

Lash + Brow Membership

1 treatment credit becomes available after each successful monthly payment.

Credits may be used for either a Korean Lash Lift or Brow Lamination, subject to treatment suitability and appropriate intervals.

Unused treatment credits accumulate during the active membership term.

Earned, unused credits remain available for 60 days after the membership ends, including early cancellation.

If the original booking code expires, Composition will arrange another way for the member to redeem remaining eligible credits.

Credits not redeemed within 60 days expire, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If Composition cannot provide a purchased treatment, an appropriate alternative, extension, or refund will be offered as required.

4. Complimentary Waxing

Lash + Brow Members receive 1 complimentary eligible wax with each included membership treatment.

Eligible services include:

• Brow Wax

• Lip Wax

• Chin Wax

Brow Lamination already includes brow shaping. Members receiving Brow Lamination may choose a complimentary lip or chin wax instead.

Complimentary waxing must be performed during the same appointment as the qualifying membership treatment.

Unused complimentary waxing benefits do not accumulate and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or another service.

All waxing services are subject to treatment suitability.

5. Skincare Credit

Facial Members receive $10 in skincare credit after each successful monthly payment.

Skincare credits accumulate over time and may be redeemed toward eligible skincare products purchased through Composition.

Credits remain available after membership ends.

Skincare credits:

• Cannot be used toward membership payments or services

• Cannot be combined with other product discounts or promotions

• Cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law

Any applicable consumer rights concerning stored-value credits remain in effect.

6. Additional Services & Preferred Member Pricing

Members receive 10% off regularly priced additional services and retail skincare products while their membership is active.

The discount applies to eligible services booked in addition to their included membership treatments.

Facial Members may apply accumulated skincare credit toward retail purchases after the 10% member discount.

Member discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or package and series pricing.

Membership payments cannot be applied toward services outside the membership's included treatments.

Preferred member pricing ends when membership ends, including early cancellation.

7. Scheduling + Appointment Changes

Appointments are subject to availability, required intake and consent forms, and Composition's booking policies.

Members must follow the cancellation and rescheduling notice period stated in the booking policy.

Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in a fee or loss of the booked treatment credit under the applicable booking policy.

Composition will not impose both a full-price service charge and forfeiture of the same treatment credit for the same missed appointment.

If a treatment cannot be performed safely, Composition may recommend another eligible treatment or reschedule the appointment.

If Composition cannot provide a paid membership benefit, an appropriate alternative, extension, or refund will be arranged as required.

8. Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership before completing the 6-month term without an early cancellation fee or obligation to make future payments.

Cancellation by email

Requests must be sent to contact@compositionesthetics.com at least 2 days before the next scheduled billing date.

The time the request is received determines whether it meets the notice requirement, regardless of when Composition processes it.

Composition will confirm cancellation requests in writing.

Cancellation through Acuity

Members may also cancel through their Acuity subscription management page when that option is available.

A cancellation completed through Acuity before the next charge takes effect will stop future billing.

After cancellation

Cancellation stops future membership payments and the issuance of new benefits.

• Unused Facial Membership visits remain subject to their original billing-cycle deadline.

• Earned, unused Lash + Brow credits remain redeemable for 60 days after membership ends.

• Accumulated skincare credits remain available under Section 5.

• Preferred member pricing and other ongoing membership benefits end when membership ends.

Payments already collected are generally nonrefundable, except where required by law or when Composition cannot provide purchased benefits.

9. Membership Pauses

Members may request 1 membership pause of up to 30 days during each 6-month term.

Pause requests must be emailed to contact@compositionesthetics.com at least 2 days before the next scheduled billing date.

Pauses require Composition's written approval.

During an approved pause:

• Membership billing is temporarily suspended.

• No new treatment credits or skincare credits are issued.

• Existing earned benefits remain available according to their applicable redemption rules.

• The remaining payment schedule and membership end date are adjusted to account for the pause.

Composition will confirm the approved pause dates, revised billing schedule, and membership end date in writing before the pause begins.

Billing resumes on the confirmed restart date unless the member cancels according to Section 8: Membership Cancellation.

An approved pause does not affect founding-member pricing.

10. Founding Member Rates & Renewal

Founding members retain their original monthly rate through uninterrupted membership renewals or approved membership pauses.

If a founding membership ends and the member later rejoins, the following re-enrollment rates apply:

• Lash + Brow Membership — $120/month

Memberships do not renew automatically.

Members must approve a new 6-month term before any additional recurring payments begin.

Any changes to pricing or membership benefits will be disclosed before renewal.

11. Failed Payments

If a scheduled membership payment fails, Composition may suspend the issuance of new benefits and preferred member pricing until payment is resolved.

Composition will contact the member and provide an opportunity to update their payment information.

If the payment system automatically cancels a membership following a failed payment, Composition will review the account and explain the available options for reinstatement or re-enrollment.

Credits and benefits already earned remain subject to the applicable redemption terms and legal requirements.

12. Changes to Membership Offerings

Composition may update membership pricing, benefits, or available treatments for future enrollment or renewal terms.

Material changes will be communicated before a member agrees to a new term.

Benefits already earned will not be reduced without the member's agreement or another legally permitted resolution.

If Composition discontinues a service included in an active membership, an appropriate alternative or refund for undelivered benefits will be offered.
